Step 1: Search

• Search for hotels by Location, Check in and Check out dates.

Step 2: Select hotel room

• Selected location, check in, check out dates & total number of nights are shown at the top of the screen.
• To change dates or number of nights click 'Change travel dates', alter the dates and click 'Update search'
• Hotels in the selected location are shown below.
• Green indicates rooms are available.  Orange indicates rooms available on request. Red indicates rooms are sold out.
• To expand room options click the + sign next to the room type.
• Room tariffs are shown in New Zealand Dollars.  To view currency conversion click on the underlined room total.
• To book, select the number of rooms required and click 'Next'.

Step 3: Choose options

• The chosen hotel is indicated at the top of the screen.
• Enter the Last Name for room booking.
• Choose the room option you require.
• Room tariffs are shown in New Zealand Dollars.  To view currency conversion click on the underlined room total.
• Click 'Next' to view your booking before completing.

Step 4: Complete booking

• Review your hotel booking.
• You can add rooms or dates to your current booking by clicking 'Add hotel room'.
• You can remove rooms by clicking 'Remove from booking'.
• Room tariffs are shown in New Zealand Dollars.  To view currency conversion click on the underlined room total.
• If you are happy with your booking fill out your Personal Information, Total number in party and Payment Details.
• Click 'Send booking'to complete the booking process.

NB: You can jump back to previous screens at any time by clicking on the linked blue steps at the top of the screen.
